Filmstrip Magnifier w/ Hood, 5X, Soviet KMZ model 5L, w/Bakelite Case, EXC

Description

Offered is a vintage magnifier / loupe that has guides for 35mm film strips.  The hood covers the standard 24x36mm frame size, and the adjustable lens provides 5X magnification.  There's a little lever punch to make a mark on the very edge of individual frames.  Made by KMZ in the old Soviet Union.  Glass lens.  Fine finish of grey hammertone enamel.  Supplied complete with a fitted bakelite storage case.
