Overall length: 13.25". Blade length: 8.25". All steel construction bayonet used for the Swedish 1896, 1938 & AD42b Ljungmann rifles. Crossguard & ricasso marked w/ "crown / C" & "455". Crossguard also marked w/ crown proof & regimental markings "I 12/19 No. 749". Metal scabbard marked "Crown / "EJ AB" (Eskilstuna Iron Mfg.) & "229" on throat, "229" & crown on finial, also ".L / 16 No. 35a / No. 211".
CONDITION: Scabbard & bayonet have faded to gray showing patina, staining, oxidation & pitting throughout. Blade edge has been sharpened.
