M1907 Cartridge Belt Suspenders--Mills
Original pre-WW1 M1907 Mills cartridge belt suspenders, khaki cotton web construction with blackened brass hardware throughout. Mills bullet logo still visible on underside of left strap and Mills bullet logo, address, and patent dates stamped on metal hardware. Has a WW2-era laundry number written on underside of right strap [numerous photos of troops training in 1940-41 show these still being used]. Average fading from use but no holes, fraying or other damage. As is typical of this piece of gear, suspenders will fit about a 5 foot tall man when fully extended and probably date from the 1907 to 1910 period due to the khaki color. One of the harder to find pieces of Mills gear, great for any eagle snap gear or Punitive Expedition display/collection and is in very good condition. Any questions please feel free to ask.
