This listing is for USED shurlok lock boxes. Each lock is tested and is fully functional. The realtor lock you receive will be similar to one of the fifteen pictured in the second and third pictures. If you would specifically like black or blue, feel free to let me know via messages.
The ShurLok II uses a state-of-the art, patented system with two sets of combinations. The first combination releases the shackle while the second combo opens the key storage door.

If there is a problem with your order please contact us before opening a case or leaving a negative rating.  Whatever your problem may be, we'll strive to fix it. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for forgotten combinations, but if you send your lock to the manufacturer (see below) they can reset the lock for you.

If you feel your lock is defective then they will replace the lock unless it is apparent the problem has been caused by the user.
