The retired street sign saying manhattan measures 24 by 6 inches and is only one sided The letters are a green on white reflective painted on material and background is / was white. the background has gone to mostly rust and letters are worn The sign has been outdoors along time in junk yard not bent or twisted  but very worn finish check out the other sign listed seperatly
